As Founder & Postnatal Lead, Federica is closely involved in every aspect of your care.

She personally matches each family with the right doula or carer, briefs them on your preferences and needs, and stays in touch throughout the process to ensure consistency and quality.

Federica is not just coordinating, she’s holding the field making sure your care is seamless, personalised, consistent and proactive. Whether it’s connecting you with a trusted lactation consultant, finding a specialist, or simply checking in with your doula, Federica holds the background work so you can focus on healing, bonding, and rest.

From designing the MotherWise model to adapting it to each unique family, Federica remains the bridge between your expectations and the care you receive.
